Ash is an experienced commercial litigator with extensive experience in dealing with all types of disputes. Over the years he has acted for both individuals and commercial organisations based in the UK and overseas.

His work includes contractual disputes, debt collection, intellectual property disputes and disputes involving buildings/land. He also advises on contentious employment matters. He regularly attends County Courts across the country utilising his advocacy skills. His aim is to provide his clients with practical commercial advice from the very outset of a case and to deal with people in a straightforward manner.
