Euan McConnell, Consultant

Euan is a widely experienced corporate finance solicitor who deals with most types of corporate and banking work.

Euan qualified in 1989, initially working in London prior to moving to Leeds in 1997. During his career, Euan has worked at a number of leading national and local firms gaining expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, flotations and public company transactions. Euan estimates that he has been involved in approximately 50 MBO’s and MBI’s in one capacity or another.

Euan also has a wide experience of acting for banks, invoice discounters, lenders and borrowers in relation to loans and security including particularly:

• acquisition finance
• development finance
• bilateral and syndicated loans

Outside the office Euan enjoys scuba-diving and hill walking in the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District.
