Jonathan Perry, Director

Jonathan graduated from Kings College University of London with a first class law degree. He qualified as a solicitor with Slaughter & May and spent the first ten years of his career with them and two other leading London commercial law firms. He then returned to his native Yorkshire to work as in-house counsel at Shepherd Building Group in York for six years before moving back into private practice with Hammonds in Leeds.

He is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer whose expertise covers all aspects of commercial and residential property. He has a particular interest in property development work, Landlord & Tenant matters, portfolio and other property investment acquisitions and disposals and general property management work.

Jonathan's interests include keeping fit at the gym, squash, fair-weather golf, spending time with his children, eating out and swimming.
