Jyo Pattis, Solicitor

Jyo graduated from The University of Warwick with an LLB and LLM in International Economic Law. She joined The Needle Partnership LLP in June 2009, having previously worked as a corporate solicitor at Cobbetts LLP in Leeds where she assisted on several matters including the acquisition of The Schwan Food Company's UK pizza manufacturing business by Dr. Oetker (UK) Limited and the merger of Work Inc Holdings Limited with Eastlake Group Limited.

Jyo is involved in various corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and management buy-outs & buy-ins. She also has experience in a broad range of commercial matters.

Having grown up in Malaysia, Jyo is fluent in Malay/Indonesian and speaks basic Cantonese. In her leisure time, she enjoys travelling, ten-pin bowling, tennis, playing the piano and wining & dining.
