Peter Flemming, Partner

Peter is an experienced property lawyer having worked both as an in-house lawyer for a major PLC housebuilding company and for several large commercial law firms in Manchester and Leeds. Peter‘s clients include national and regional housebuilding companies and he specialises in advising on all aspects of residential development including contracts conditional on planning permission, overage agreements, options, joint venture agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements. Peter also acts for commercial/industrial investment clients and deals with development agreements for lease, commercial leases and general commercial and retail property work.

Peter takes a proactive and pragmatic approach to his work and enjoys working closely with clients at all stages throughout transactions in order to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
Peter was awarded the John Mackrell Prize in respect of the Law Society Final Qualifying Examinations.

Outside of the office Peter enjoys playing golf and is a member of Headingley Golf Club. He is also a keen Manchester United fan and enjoys listening to rock music and going to concerts.
