Rashmi is qualified solicitor, Mediator and a member of the Institute of Credit Management. She has worked in litigation and dispute resolution for most of her career, having worked for national legal 500 firms.

Rashmi has considerable experience in Construction Law and all forms of conflict management and dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation with particular expertise in developers, contractors, sub-contractors. Rashmi also advises upon drafting and negotiation of all forms of construction procurement documents for private and commercial schemes and advice on any construction dispute.

Rashmi’s experience and knowledge enables her to offer a commercial and practical approach to drafting and negotiating all forms of construction procurement documents. Should a dispute arise, she can resolve them swiftly and economically, with the minimum of disruption to your business.
