Renuka Salvi, Associate

Renuka graduated with MA Honours in Hispanic Studies from the University of Glasgow before embarking on the Post Graduate Diploma in Law and qualifying as a solicitor in 2000. On qualification, she moved to Ireland and practiced as a corporate lawyer with leading law firm, Matheson Ormsby Prentice, based in Dublin. She returned to the UK in 2002 working for a commercial law firm in Leeds, undertaking a mix of banking, corporate and commercial work. Renuka joined The Needle Partnership in January 2009.

Renuka acts for a number of institutional lenders and corporate entities representing them in a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate restructuring and reorganizations, management buy-ins and buy-outs and share and asset purchases/disposals.

In her spare time, Renuka enjoys going to the gym (but enjoys leaving it even more!), socialising and improving her existing language skills.
