The Needle Partnership was formed by Sharon Needle and Ian Richardson in 2007, who had identified a need for client legal requirements to be better met with lower costs, a more personal service and increased commerciality.

Drawing upon their many years experience of legal practice in the City, overseas and in the regions, they were confident that they could offer their wide portfolio of corporate clients the technical excellence they demand, along with the drive to exceed expectations.

Locating themselves outside of a city centre (but within minutes of Leeds and easy reach of Manchester and the M1) has enabled The Needle Partnership to keep overheads down. Clients are therefore not having to pay a premium for their advisers glossy landmark premises.

And so the new breed of law firm was born. Lean and keen (and sometimes mean - but only when necessary to get the deal done). Dedicated and driven;commercial and cost-effective.
